Industrial Design

  • The team works on the aesthetics & usability of Rail Interiors & Exteriors. The Design Methodology is an inter-disciplinary activity: Detailed Ethnographic Research, Current and Future Trends, Brain-Storming, Photographic Research & Ergonomics. Thus, concepts conceived, are not mere illusions but real & practical. These ergonomically validated concepts meet international regulations & standards, which are input for Engineering Design.


Engineering Design

  • Sophisticated CAD, CAE Tools like Alias DesignStudio, Catia V5, Solidworks, Inventor, Hypermesh, Optistruct, Radioss and Staadpro integrated with PDM are used in the in-house Design and Development Facility.
  • The high-end solutions delivered to the customers comply UIC, RVAR, TSI and IS/RDSO norms.


Tooling & Prototyping

  • Expertise in pattern, mold making to cater the manufacturing facilities, with skilled work force capable of producing world class quality Railway Interiors.


Manufacturing

  • The manufacturing facility & process set up are based on lean manufacturing principles. The in-house facilities include processes like Contact Molding, RTM & VRTM, Compression Molding, Painting, Assembly, Pattern and Tool Making. The skilled work force is capable of producing international quality products to support continuous production.


Installation & After Sales

  • Skilled team provides assistance, technical support and training on site for installation of various products.
