	Georgia-Pacific (USA) Georgia Pacific LLC (GP) is a part of Koch Group, the largest privately hold corporate in USA, with turnover of Usd 80 billion. GP is one of the world’s leading manufacturing of tissue, pulp, paper, building products and industrial chemicals with sales of Usd 8 billion. Kemrock has established marketing JV with GP of 51:49 and has acquired Phenolic Specialty Resin Technology from Georgia Pacific.

	Fibergrate (USA) Based in Dallas, Texas, is functioning under the umbrella of RPM, International Inc. Inventor of Moulded Composite Gratings, remained has top Global Brand for its products. Kemrock has strategic alliance for licensed manufacturing and supply of gratings, moulded and pultruded.

	DSM Composite Resins (Switzerland) DSM Composite Resins is a part of Royal DSM NV, the Life Sciences and Materials Sciences conglomerate headquartered in Netherlands with a net sales of Euro 8 billion. DSM and Kemrock has formed a joint venture to manufacture unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester specialty resins in India.

	CSIR & NAL (India) Kemrock has acquired Carbon Fiber Technology know how from National Aerospace Laboratories functioning under Council of Scientific and Industrial Research at Bangalore.

	Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (India) Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., is a Defence Sector Unit, making Helicopters and other aerospace components. Kemrock has signed a MOU with HAL for manufacturing of Pre-pregs for advance composites applications.
