In our dedicated Wind Energy Division we employ sophisticated EPS Foam Cutting Equipment & Five Axis CNC Equipment for the precise manufacture of masters and moulds. Kemrock moulds as standard include sophisticated computerized in built heating system, vacuum system with fixed vacuum lines, pneumatic system for accurate mould profile adjustment, all dedicated towards production by Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion of Rotor Blades to suit today’s current demands.
